Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of ordering. Busy periods and carrier delays can add time; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number. It can take 1–3 days for tracking to update. You can also track your order here.

Address changes

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@solasculp.com straight away and we'll try to update it before it ships. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email support@solasculp.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost.
